Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. The Poker Welcome Bonus starts at 00:01 GMT on 23rd June 2008 and is a one time only bonus available when you open a Circus Poker account. On your first deposit in the Poker client you will qualify for a bonus of twice the value of that deposit if the sum transferred is greater than $10 if paid in US$ or £5 if paid in GBP to a maximum value of $600 or £300.
2. In order to claim the maximum $600 (£300) poker welcome bonus you will need to deposit $300 (£150) on your first transfer to Poker.
3. A $5 dollar bonus will be added to your account for every 500 Circus Points you earn, to a maximum of $600.
4. Circus Points are earned when you play on all our real cash and tournament tables.
5. The bonus must be claimed within 60 days of your initial qualifying transfer to your Poker balance.
6. Stakes at ‘Play Money’ tables do not contribute towards this offer.
7. The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being those who are actively participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim the poker welcome bonus.
8. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.

Loyalty Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only available to existing players.
2. On your first deposit of each month into the Poker client you will qualify for a bonus of equal value of that deposit if the sum transferred is greater than $10 if paid in US$ or £5 if paid in GBP to a maximum value of $500 or £250.
3. A $5 dollar bonus will be added to your account for every 500 Circus Points you earn, to a maximum of $500.

Circus Points Terms and Conditions

1. Circus Points are redeemable to be cashed in once players reach VIP Level 2.
2. VIP level changes are made on the 1st of each month and only when a player has been active for one full month. VIP level is based on an average of the previous three months activity with top weighting being given to the most recent months (50% : 30%: 20%).
3. Only the original account holder is granted Circus Points and monies gained from redeemed Circus Points, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and any Circus Points accrued and monies gained from redeemed Circus Points removed.
4. Circus Poker reserves the right to cancel, reclaim or refuse this Promotion at its own discretion. Circus Poker further reserves the right to alter both the amount and methodology for earning points at any time.
