A smooth chicken liver and cream pate with field herbs, topped with redcurrant and spice glaze

Crab, Salmon and Prawn tartlet
A crisp cheese pastry tart filled with salmon and prawns in a light crab sauce, topped with white crab meat, spring onions and red pepper.

Christmas Plate
Roasted fillet of turkey filled with a chestnut, cranberry and citrus stuffing, wrapped in proscuitto.  Served with traditional trimmings.

Medallions of Pork
Oven roasted pork in a Courvoiser mustard cream sauce

Fillet Steak
A tender fillet of beef in a redcurrant and port sauce

Vegetarian Hotpot
A selection of winter root vegetables slowly oven cooked and served with Italian herb dumplings

Roasted Salmon Fillet
A supreme of roasted salmon served on a bed of sauteed leeks and a white wine and pink peppercorn sauce
